I don't know of any billet type stuff like that for your Dart. Unfortunately, there isn't nearly as much of an after market supply of parts for our cars compared to Mustangs or Camaros or the E Body Mopars.

What type stuff are you looking to do to your Dart? There are some pretty ingenious folks around here that have done some really cool stuff to their cars to make them stand out.

Our '73 "GodsRods" Duster is, shall we say, a work in progress   So I am not much help there. You can see a picture of it in the Galleries section under Bristol 2003.

Anyone with more talent have any ideas for Dustenn89?

Rob

Yeah, a billet grill would be pretty cool to see on an A-body. I doubt youll find one though, you could always craft your own  If you dont have money for wheels, or plan to change to disk brakes-bigger bolt pattern. You could go to a chain autoparts store like autozone or kragen and get Trim rings. (8.99 for abs ones where im at), chrome lug nutsand spice up the old cop wheels, Piston door locks, Tach & guage cluster. A paint job always helps. I want to sand my car to metal and do prep work myself before I get it painted. Macco has that presedential paint special for 280$ I believe. You could talk them down cheaper though, just say your a A.S.E. student or something. I know some people may read this and disagreee with me on macco because it's stereotyped as "the cheap/easy way out" but it's not that bad. Heh, you could always send MTV a video to Pimp my ride or hope that your car gets stolen and remade on Overhaulin 7 days later. Can you imagine what Overhaulin would do with and old A-Body? I wonder if they'd hop up the /6 or drop a 426 in it.

...they'd probably screw it all up, then put 22" billet wheelz on it.

To me, nothing screams cool like a set of dog dish caps on black (or body color) steel wheels. I just recently went with the acorn lug nuts on my police rims....with the black brake drums behind them, they look really good.
