They're aftermarket. Probably Chinese or Taiwanese, maybe Brazilian. On the other hand, it's not all that complex a casting, and it is new...

I don't have any personal knowledge about this particular part, but I have bought other things from then - complete headlight assemblies for both out 93 Dakota and 97 Caravan (sorry Dan). For what it's worth, they fit as advertised and improved the lighting quality tremendously over clouded, scratched and hazy original plastic lens.
