I have a Clifford aluminum intake I plan to use on my engine. I had it sandblasted to clean off years of oxidation and dust from sitting on the shelf. It's nice and clean and looks good. I'd like to know if there is anything I can do to keep it that way? I've heard you can spray it with flat finish clear polyurethane. I've also heard you should warm it up in the oven and spray it with a light oil......any advice? I don't want to polish it, I like the dull aluminum look it has now.

Eastwood sells a clear coat just for that purpose. Never used it but it should be listed on the website.
