What is the possibility of dropping a Slant 6 into a 1987 Chrysler 5th Avenue. Nothing wrong with the 318 except it's tired and it uses 2 more spark plugs then I'm used to.

It would req a k-member change which is prolly a lot more work than it is worth. Of course if you have a good f/m donor car you could leave it bolted to the k and swap the entire suspension/K/engine at the same time. You could just kinda roll the entire assembly in and out. stay with the 318

I don't think a slant would like the 2.25 gears in the rearend of the fifth ave either.
