my question is if you set your dist. & the phrase 1 tooth off-- how much in timing degrees is that 1 tooth??

also how many degrees can be adjusted on the slant 6 dist? I'm talking about initial --not any advance included

just the 2 slots that the 7/16" bolt holds tight!!

thanks

count the tooths and divide 360 by that number. That's the amount of degrees that you offset by offsetting a tooth.

I believe there are 13 teeth, so 360/13 = 28 degrees per tooth. Keep in mind those are cam degrees, so it would be 56 deg at the crank.

The two slots combined give more than 1 tooth of range, but you might want to advance/retard a tooth to get into a comfortable slot range.
