so what do you guys recommend for insulation?

I Don't know if thats any good.

i'm looking for something that won't retain moisture and will keep some of the heat out.

mostly the moisture getting into my stuff worries me, when i took down my existing headliner, it was pretty rusted up top, nothing major, but i would like to keep this car forever!

so what you guys say?

I bought some stuff at our LOWE'S store. It looks like bubble packaging material and is lined on both sides with foil. It comes in 50' rolls in two different widths (I bought the 4' width) and used 3M spray adhesive to apply it to the roof before installing the headliner. I'll also put it down all over the floor and firewall before installing carpet.
