I have a 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II with a slant six. Would this car have underhood insulation? Are the original radiator hoses flex or moulded?
Thanks,Skipjaz

P.S. I hope I posted this in the correct place. I am a new member.

The radiator hoses are pre-formed and unique to each model and engine. You might be surprised to find factory replacements still available from Chrysler. They were for my '66 Coronet 361 just a few years ago.

Yours might or might not have the underhood pad. It was available for all B-bodies in '66, but might have been part of a "sound package" that wasn't always ordered by the dealer on stripped models.

My '66 brochure does not list a sound package, but that doesn't mean much. Dealers had their own order books that were more complete than the brochures.

The underhood pad usually only came with the undercoating package. If the car has the pad it should have been undercoated and vice versa. As far as where you posted I prolly would have put it in other but this is an okay place too.
