have good compression, adjusted valve lash

whats involved in reseating

We still don't know what you mean by "reseating" the valves. What exactly is it that you have in mind?

If you mean remachining or replacing the valve seats, that's a job for a machine shop.
You might be able to get the valves to seal a bit better by lapping the valves and seats. This involves head disassembly, valve grinding compound, a means of turning the valves, and time.
