On my 69 Dart the two speed wiper motor is not working.
Fuse is good. Because I'm driving it to Vegas I don't have time
to properly fix wiring harness or switch issues yet,
but want to hot wire the motor and put in a toggle switch
for temporary use on low speed.
What terminal (wire color) should I hook positive battery
power. Then do I jump to another terminal
or do I ground another terminal (or is the motor
already grounded to the chassis?)

I don't have the book for '69, but it should be similar to my '71. For a '71 2sp wiper, the two pins closest to the motor feed the motor; the two further away are for the switch.

Give 12V to the one w/ the red wire to get high speed; run 12V through the external resistor to the one with the brown wire for low speed. Both require that the ground strap complete the circuit.
