Just rebuilt my BBS-4286S. Run's great, but when braking into a corner ~20mph (ie. yeild)
The engine will stumble, and stall. I restart on a roll in neutral an rev it up to clear it out and it's fine. I had the same problem before rebuild.
Any info is appreciated.

PS. The Car is a 67' Dart GT conv. with 225.
Shop manual says this carb came on the 170.
Should I have a different carb? What's best? Thanks.

The float level may be a bit high try lowering it, like 1/8 inch (a lot but it will show you if that is the cause). I lower my float level untill I get some "starving" on high "G" corning, then I raise the level up a bit to get rid of that.

The float may also be low, causing starving in the corners. If lowering doesn't do it, try raising it.

: I tried some more driving techinques, and it does it on a hard, straight stop. Bowls in front, so fuel is moving away. I think to low.
