I have a cam that was made for me by Reed cams ,260 duration.509lift on intake.518 on exhaust.my head had.090 taken off and the block has .100 milled off.Will i have to have shorter pushrods and does anybody know approximately how much?

get an adjustable pushrod and figure the right length for your combination. You will be happier to know it is done right.
