Are 74 Dart and 74 Valiant handles the same?

Yep they are the same. My D-150 has the same door handles as my Duster. During the 70's and 80's they were pretty much all the same. (On RWD cars only though).

Year One used to have them. The kind with the squared off button instead of the oval shaped one.
