I know a 198 crank fits a 170 block with grinding, what about a 225? What exactly is the problem?
Thanks,
Chris

I assume you mean a 225 crank in a 170 block.

The 225 stroke is just too long - 4.125" stroke. You have to do some solid grinding to get a 198 crank (3.625" stroke) into a 170 block already. Doc Dodge has done the latter.
