hey hows it goin again guys i bought a 74 dodge custom dart 4 door thee other day chassis is good floors good and the person who i bought the car told me it has a 360 high performance motor in it. How can i tell if it is a high performance motor he told me it was original seems to me it looks like it he told me it had a high performance cam shaft in it did they come out with this cam shaft in 74 thanks for your help

The numbers on a small block will be stamped on the front of the block, right under the head, about right behind the power steering pump. If it is a hgh performance motor it should have HP stamped after the 360.

I don't believe the HP motor was available in a 4 door Dart though, but you never know.
