I've determined that the BBS and BBD carbs (depending on application) sometimes have the same step-up spring for the metering rod. So it looks like they're interchangable between the BBS and BBD.

However I didn't find any interchangability with the 4bbl carbs, but that doesn't mean you can't interchange them.

Just wondering if the Edelbrock step-up springs which you can get (and work in the 4bbl Carters) are interchangable with the BBD and BBS springs?????
