would a soft top from a 66 dart 2 door transfer to a 63 2 dr dart?

What part do you mean when you say "soft top"? Do you mean the headliner, the "roof upholstery" inside the car? If so, then yes, with minor modification at the area surrounding the backglass (smaller in '63 than in '64-'66). If you mean a convertible top, then the answer is also yes.
