The trim covers the metal on the interior of the car, to the left and right of the windshield. What are these called ? Mullions? Anyway, both are broken/missing. The plastic had become extremely brittle. Is there a good aftermarket plastic/ rubber that will cover this area?

A pillar's, backs are sail panels. Look for them used.
