Does the back seat from a 4 door interchange with the back seat of a 2 door?

Seems possible, but not sure.

Thanks!

I got a really nice set of seats out of a Valiant 4 door. The fronts are no problem but you have to do a little modification to get the backs to tilt forward. I found that everything was there just had to add the hardware from the 2 door seats.

As for the back the bottom is a totally different shape. I'm having the covers taken off the 4 door frames and put on my 2 door frames from my duster. They should be ready today...if so I'll post some pics of how they turned out.

Not as easy as I thought it would be. If the 4 door seats are in real good shape it might be worth the effort.

I probably should have been more specific. I am looking at a back seat from a 63 Dart for my 63 Valiant. Fronts don't matter as those will be some kind of later model bucket.

I'm surprised that the backseat top out of a later 4 door would fit in a Duster, I would expect it to be too short. At the same time, I would have expected the bottom to fit no problem. But that's kind of why I'm asking.

I guess I could buy them and see. If they don't fit, I could always take them back.
