the guy is reallly cool that works there and he would build headers for a car if he could get a pattern car to fit them. Any one live in the Somerville OH area that could give up their car for a few days??

The one thing I noticed is that all of the flanges are 1/4" thick. The headers that I have are 1/2" to be the same thickness as a cast manifold. If anyone talks to him let him know.

I emailed him about A-body headers without reading too well. otherwise I'd have realized that these were through-the-hood headers. I did mention the need for 1/2" flanges in my email though. Actually, through the hood headers would look pretty awesome in the right context...maybe they'd go well with the baby tunnel ram It seems I'm building for my slant.

Well it's no big deal if you had a forklift or an industrial application to use it on  Enduro racing and demo derbys are fairly big around here and through the hood is the norm.
