Looking for rear side glass rubber for these fine '64 B-body wagons.

Thanks, Pat.

Have you tried http://www.metrommp.com/

I checked Metro and Bernbaum; no luck. I think this is probably going to require finding bulk rubber weatherstripping of the correct profile, mitre-cutting one corner and gluing it together.

It looks like Paddock has weatherstripping for a b-body wagon but it only goes down to '67. Would that work?

You will probably need to use a universal rubber moulding, available from most auto glass shops. You can search for part numbers at http://www.crlaurence.com. Once you have the part number you can go to a glass shop and order what you need.

I was afraid of that.

'67 is a totally different car. Which is why it's a way more logical car to build. I'm just illogical in my vehicle preferences.

You could always avoid the problem altogether by just giving the wagon to me.....

No?

Dang!

Comedians, the lot of you. I contacted a few of the vendors suggested but I think I'm looking at using bulk material. Maybe I'll cut out a chunk and mail it to them for comparison. Or I won't give up just yet. So many choices.

Try here:

They are probably the most expensive, but their quality and fit is pretty much unmatched. You'll have to search the site to see if they have any of what you want.

Good luck!

After much searching for these coveted window seals, I finally tracked down a place that will reproduce beautiful and perfectly matched side window seals with your choice of gold or black lock strip. For a mere $250.00 a set they can be yours. Personally I might just try and re-use my old ones for that price but I thought I would share what I found. http://www.oldmoparts.com/ By the way, don't go e-mailing old Andy because he just "doesn't do that kind of thing" You'll have to call him up and put your request in the old fashioned way.
