I have a 225 slant six with a holley carb and today when i was driving, it stalled when i hit a bump in the road pretty hard. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

What year engine, what year and model car, and which Holley carb? Did it restart quickly, or is it still dead?

It's a 1971 Plymouth Duster with the original 225 ci engine with a Holley 1920 carb. When I went to restart it it started right up and didn't have anymore problems.

Sounds like it is electrical to me.Check your connections.....a good jolt can wring out gremlins.......my drag car is good for that too!! Vibration loosens things up.
