Well, after getting the dart with the 318 fixed. (Just needed a new fuel pump) I was playing around with the car and I noticed I might have broken one of the motor mounts
When I take my foot off the gas from heavy throttle, it sounds like the engine clanks back down to the frame pretty good.
I planned on replacing them anyway if im going to be adding more power. (they didnt look too good to begin with)
How hard is it to replace them? whats the easiest method of doing so? And are there any types of new mounts that you would recommend or that I should stay away from?

Thanks.

This is the mount you want — really nice quality. Same mount left and right. Support the engine by the oil pan with a floor jack while you replace the mounts one at a time. Put in a new rear (trans) mount while you're at it, number IS-103 (fits all '72s, not "some" of them as stated on website).
