That I can't say. I will be driving in from Stevenson, WA, in the Columbia Gorge, so I probably won't make it to Wildcat anytime sooner than 10 AM.

Assuming the weather is good, you can cut up to 20 minutes off your commute by paying the $1, and going over the Bridge of the Gods...The Oregon side is much faster/easier than taking the Washington route down the Columbia...

Yeah, I-84 is generally safer than WA-14 too. I used to drive both regularly.
