the carter carb on my 225 was warped and leaking, a friend gave me a reman. holley. its for a newer slant than my 69 and has a few to many fittings than i need. i only need vacume advance and PCV. which ones do i use and which ones do i plug? there are only 2 big fittings so i know one is a bowl vent and the other is for PCV. which one is for vacume advance, is it the one on the drivers side? do i plug the rest? thanks!

You're much better off having the Carter professionally refurbished than trying to make that "remanufactured" Holley work well for you. "Remanufactured" carburetors are junk.

Carburetor operation and repair manuals and links to training movies and carb repair/modification threads are posted here for free download.
