Ok so i am still planning and squirreling parts away for my turbo build for my slant, and so far everything i have read about 4 banger imports running my holset HX-35W turbo say you need to run a -4AN feed line from the op, and need to run a restrictor, and as per the service manual Holset's tend to blow out oil seal at 70+psi, but since slants never reach that is a restrictor still required ??

or does the -4AN feedline increase oil pressure going to the turbo ???

-4 does not increase pressure to the turbo. You should be fine. My first turbo was a journal based turbo and did not run a restrictor. My current turbo was supplied with a restrictor.
