found these round with a flat bottom manifold washers on e bay

said they are for a slant six,, intake-exhaust manifold washers,,I am familiar with the triangle washers and the concave round washers,,

what are these?

they are not even the right size they are 3/8 not 5/16.....have nothing to do with a slant

I see he has changed to being ford ...not sure what they from.... seems to look like something from heavy equipment to me...is a case of seller not knowing what he has
