I was just reading some /6 stuff I had gotten on the net for "off road" modifications. It stated that if you reverse the pistons you will reduce friction. Is this an accurate statement? and is this for race only and not for street? Doc, what do you say?

Thanks,

c-dog

I say, do not do this.
You can reduce some friction but it is hard on the rod bearings and piston skirts.
Racers will use pistons with no pin off-set for the best performance.
