If going floor shift on both you will need a hump, proper carpet, transmission and matching bellhousing (if going A-833OD especially), shifter, rods, shift lever, floor bezel and boot...

If retaining your older 3 speed, you need to inspect the tailshaft... Mopar occasionally cheaped out and had a version well into the early 70's that was only for column shift and had no mounting bosses for a floor shifter... some people have adapted a shifter to one, and others have mounted the shifter to the floor pan (just be aware that if the motor and transmission mounts are compromised or you take a good pothole you might shift out of gear with that set up... or worse in an accident).

If you use a late bellhousing (either for a switch to an A-230 synchro 3 speed, or the A-833/833OD) you may also need to fabricate an adaptive mount to make sure the Z-bar will align right with the bellhousing and body mount).

Good Luck.

thanks for the info. I have changed over B and later A bodies from auto to 4 speeds, and as always with mopar, nothing is ever that simple! ha....
