I have read all the carb data on this and the other site. I have also read the Mopar Muscle articles with the '62 Val aluminum block. ( very nice).

While It seems that Clifford had been promoting the use of the 40 IDF 70 for best street perf., they have now changed thier stance. I am perplexed. do they not test these reccomendations before making them. do they even know what they are talking about. I have bought a weber 40 Idf 70 and am now wondering if I should sell it before trying it on my engine. I do not have all the parts to hook it up nor do I think I want to buy the clifford intake if they cannot support thier reccomendations. I know this is long. I hope that you can clear up some of my comfusion.

for a good street six with big valves shaved head over .030 I have a choice of cams either the erson TQ 20 M with .465 lift and 270 adv. or a 264s maker unknown. Please suggest induction and proper stall.

Many thanks. Other opinions are welcome as well. :?

When it come to SL6 stuff, Clifford does not test the combos they sell.

The idf will give you trouble, go review this thread about another Slant owner who listened to Clifford's IDF advice:
