I had Doug rebuild my engine and since day one it has leaked from the fuel pump, timing cover and oil pan/rear main. I reached out and let him know immediately. He did good work below market price.

Then the poor guys house burnt down about a month later before I could get it back up there Sept. 2020.

He has said that he would take care of it and I've been understanding. Car is not really drive-able as the rear main leak is significant and coating the bottom of the car. I have checked in every four months or so and now he is not responding to cell or email. I haven't asked for the money back just that the issue is corrected.

I am moving out of the area , about 9 hours by car away and will have to pay to have the car transported.

Suggestions? Does he have new contact info ?

To fix a rear seal and front cover leak properly the motor should come out, so you would be only transporting the engine, not the complete car.
Doug has posted on this forum as recent as yesterday, so he should see your message and get back to you. Doug has written articles on how to seal rear oil seals, oil pans, front covers, and those places are 100% sealable, so something definitely went wrong. The good news is with the engine out and on a roll over it is an easy fix.

When he did the work he pulled the engine himself. I don't have the equipment anymore to pull motors here at the house, why I have Doug do it in the first place.
