The 60-62 (and even some early 63s) have a real small axle bearing that has been "NA" for some time now.
Here are some other numbers to search for:
New Departure # D88506FR
Also show RW206FFR and RW206CCR as listings.

If you run accross a later (64-72+) 7 1/4 rearend with the larger bearing axles, grab it along with the backing plates and think about swapping over to that (more common) set-up.

Hi, the bearings are $32 each with collar. The seal is $16 ea.

This statement is dated 11/06/2003 so the price may have changed, I did not purchase these yet as I swapped rear -ends from a parts car (also 60-62)
Good Luck

There is company called Atlantic Tracy that I have been getting all kinds of hard to find bearings for years. All you need is the bearing number and they can get it or make it.They have an extensive library of numbers even back to the turn of the century. They even have superceded numbers that cross reference to old bearing numbers. They are located in Chelsea Mass. I will try to get the phone number for you if you still need the bearings.

I looked up the number-the 411 route. They are in Sommerville Mass. They have no problem shipping and they are fast. They listed two numbers.617-591-6500 and 617-666-3850. These guys have been great to me in the past and can find anything you are looking for. It is a good set of numbers to jot down for the long haul. They can get bearings for anything that was ever made and that's no lie. Time to tune out o some John Mayall and call it a night . Hope it all helps. P.s. My loggin should be captproblem but I sssscrewed it up it there is no way to fix it now. Chow.

Captproblem,
Try going to your profile and doing a correction, see if you can correct the typo.
If not, just register again with the correct name and we can delete the old user name.
