I've read that one should beware of cars with low mileage listings that are that old(assuming they are a daily driver). Might mean that it's a lemon that's been in the shop for most it's life, though, with a slant probably not...

If the engines right sounds great(plus, a good body might make a bad engine worth fixing)

we are talking about a factory original swinger 72{last year with no silly bumpers]. absolutly PERFECT condition. 28xxx miles.unrestored original !! $6500 too much?? Why??? If a guy spent $3000 on a 360 crate motor,it would probably go for $12,500.That would be a reasonable profit. If less than perfect examples w 50xxx miles go for $4500 to $5000,how does this add up.??? If 73 cuda 318 cars with all parts missing,including motors and tansmissions,are going for $5000???? I hope this guy rhinosix doesn't sell it to cheap,cuz I would throw a car cover over it and sell it for $10,000 in 3 to 4 years!!!! I challenge anyone to even find a swinger as nice as this for less..........................let alone have the oppurtunity to buy it...this is one of the nicest slantsixes left in the universe,so stop being harsh !!!!

If you check the "gold book price guide",yoyu will all see the 72 swingers value as follows....excellent $7000---show $9000...........

My guess it's either been in a shop most of its life, or a garage, but it was getting rubbed down with a diaper every two weeks, not getting fixed. Let's hope its new owner does the same.
