hearing u talk of the 80 chev trucks,,,are u familiar w the 63 val; and will that stuff work for my sleigh???? My front and rear windshield rubbers are really dry and crackily???

Im not very familiar with 63 abodys ...yet ... but the rubber seal will not fit.I was referring to the chrome plastic bead that locks the glass in the rubber will work from a Chev truck. The rubber for your seal may be a little easier to find as it should be the same through 66 year model.
On another note,If my gaskets ever get that bad,Im gonna rework the windshield channel and mount the glass with urethane and a small rubber bead like modern cars.
