Dunbars, no not yet. Have you used them?

Nice ride btw. I love the stripe :) Maybe I'll do the same red on white.

Dunbars has a slant in...not mine.... that needs a new block...

I have used them lots....they did all the stuff on my car.

You have to watch and make sure they do what you want.
They are Chevvy guys (the rest of my fleet are small block Chevs) They did a great job of putrting Chev valves in my head.

Slant stuff requires having all the information available.

Thanks for the tip. Come to think of it I had used them to press the bearings on my last rebuild.

The garage is now pretty much buttoned up... just needs siding and soffets now. I found a slant from a 71 dart on craig's list for $100. :) The champ even delivered it. I'm having a real problem with justifying working on the car until the garage is complete though... sigh, it just never freakin' ends. Anyway... back to work.

I feel your pain with the partial garage. There is a backhoe in my yard as I write this, digging trenches for the foundation on my new garage. I've vowed not to take on any new projects until it's totally done. Or at least locked down and usable. Glad to hear you scored another slant, they're still out there, you just need to dig a little deeper these days.
