Doing the laundry this morning found a pair of black jeans size 36 x 32 in the back of the truck by my bedding..I know what happens in Kearney stays in Kearney but I will be happy to ship them to you. I have a feeling they belong to Neil or Lou.

What the hell happened when the skies opened up on Saturday night? I know you guys folded your tents, which rules out the "broke back mountain" theory

I'll get you next year Sergio

Yeah, after 20+ passes Saturday plus 6+ for Neal I was done racing for the weekend.

Was fantastic to meet Ryan Peterson with the killer turbo '66 Valiant. 11.18 @ 119 MPH was his fastest time and he never got a totally clean pass. With good air, he should be into 10.80s or so. That was the Sunday highlight for me. When he builds a real motor and gets some good tires and maybe minitubs on there, I'd say 9s are within reach. Mike J and Glen kept asking me if they should get one o' them turbo setups...

Left the track at 5 PM, arrived in Minneapolis 2 AM, slept for 2 hrs, got up and made my 6 AM flight to DC. Tired yesterday, but revving today...

Hope we can do it again next year and my bet is we can add a few cars to the race.

If the Texas blowhards don't show up, I will personally remove their accounts from this site!!  Also, if Frank buys another vehicle, I may have to go to Arkansas and shake him vigorously... :P

Cheers,

Lou

Hey everyone. Just wanted to say I had a blast at Kearney. To bad only on Sunday though. Fun to meet everyone. Wished the car ran better and the track had bite. Had to borrow a few tools from Mike J and clamps from Lou. Thanks guys. It was a hoot. Later
Ryan

Ryan, ya... a screwdriver for jet changes is something an enclosed trailer should have along

Watch out Lou, they may sit in an alley talking about how they are going to tickle you

For years there seems to be an East v/s West riff. Maybe this is going to turn into the Civil War of Kearney. The Blue v/s Grey
