This happened twice to me...and I can't figure out what the problem is. Maybe someone can help out. Car: 75 S6 Dart.

Problem: When starting the car on sub 25 deg. mornings...the following electrical items would not work: blinkers, blower motor, radio and wipers.
It runs and drives perfectly. Once at work ( I park inside a heated garage), and the car is in a warm environment....everything works again. This happened twice on very cold mornings.

Is there a common junction where these items get power? maybe the cold is causing a contraction in a connector? any other ideas?

I'd suspect the ignition switch. Jiggle it next time.
