So have milled 0.090 off cylinder head. Do I need shorter pushrods and if so, where can I get some?

If you are running a mechanical camshaft and lifters then I think you are safe to use stock pushrods if you have enough adjustment left on the rocker arm adjusters. If you are running a hydraulic camshaft and lifters then I think you arrested within the "free play" of travel of the lifter before it will bottom out.

But you should still do the math and check.
